The Northwest Conservatives endorse candidate Mark Napier for Pima County Sheriff. Mark has a diverse law enforcement experience that makes him uniquely qualified for this office. Beginning his service career as an officer, he rose to Captain within the Tucson Police Department and eventually moved to the Glendale Police Department as Assistant Director.
He has worked successfully with state and federal law enforcement agencies and this experience will be critical in fighting the crime Pima County faces with drug trafficking, illegal immigration and terrorism.
He has a fresh stance on abolishing the departmental cronyism and declining morale.
Mark has stated that he understands, and will faithfully execute, this role as a constitutional sheriff to protect and defend his citizens from all enemies both foreign and domestic. The sheriff is the only elected law enforcement official in America and acts as the last line of defense for his citizens.
The Northwest Conservatives recommend that all voters make Mark their choice for Pima County Sheriff in 2016.

The Northwest Conservatives are proud to endorse Ally Miller to represent the District 1 residents of Pima County.
Ally Miller is the candidate with solutions. In her 4 years of service as Pima County Supervisor she has fought for the taxpayer’s interest by being accountable, transparent & fiscally responsible. She understands the issues facing Pima County.
We applaud her accomplishments in bringing transparency to out of control spending, fighting and winning against an irresponsible bond initiative and exposing wasteful expenditures of taxpayer’s money.
Ally’s vision includes more jobs through a sustainable job development program, support for local law enforcement officers, firefighters and Border Patrol Agents by providing adequate funding, training and the tools necessary to do the job right.
Ally is the number one advocate for Roads and Transportation. She is the most vocal voice against the current board members redirecting bond money away from roads.
She has successfully applied her education and business experience in her first term as supervisor to serve all Pima County residents.
Her qualifications and experience includes:
- B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona, and a MBA from the UA Eller School of Management.
- AlliedSignal Aerospace working in various capacities in Accounting and Engineering.
- Intel Corporation as a Systems Engineer.
We recommend that the voters of District 1 re-elect Ally Miller so she can continue to work for an accountable and transparent county government.
