Recently there have been discussions in public and the national press about who won the 2016 Presidential election and that the person with the most votes should win in a democratic process. Hear how the U.S. Constitution sets up the Electoral College and how, starting ten years ago, the legislatures of many states (including recently Arizona) have been working to change how states select the Electoral College Electors.

Jeff Utsch is a U.S. Constitution scholar from Tucson and leads the monthly constitutional discussions for the Heirs of the Republic.
Constantin Querard is a conservative political consultant from Arizona.
